04.07.2018 08:01IBFF PRO WOMANIBFF PRO WOMEN : - IBFF PRO PHYSIQUE line up, judged routine, compulsory poses - comparisons - callouts Judges will analyze overall symmetry, shape, proportion, muscle tone, poise and beauty flow. The competitors will be judged on overall muscularity and size, muscle shape and fullness, and muscle density. Women’s IBFF PRO Physique Division has been created to give a platform for women who enjoy weight training, competing, contest preparation. Competitors should display also a toned, athletic physique showcasing femininity, muscle tone, beauty/flow of physique. THE FINAL SCORE OF THE COMPETITOR - PRO PHYSIQUE : 70% BODY CONDITION 30% FREE POSING ROUTINE - IBFF PRO MODEL line up evening dress, comparisons in bikini, quarter turn to the right Judges will analyze overall symmetry, body shape, muscle tone, complexion, poise presentation and overall condition. Also, they will be looking for fit, toned feminine bodies and appear to have reasonable levels of body fat, beauty, elegance , presentation (including hair makeup and smile), femininity. In order to be an IBFF PRO ATHLETE you need to earn a IBFF PRO CARD , and in order to do that you need to win the IBFF international contests : IBFF European Championship or IBFF Universe Championship or IBFF World Championship or IBFF World Cup ( winners of categories : Fitness model small, Fitness model tall, Fitness model over 35, Ms Fitness over 40 , Ms Figure and Ms Fitness ). So when you become a IBFF PRO ATHLETE which means you have received a IBFF PRO CARD from the IBFF then you have earned the right to compete in IBFF PRO competitions.  www.ibff.info |
